Qihe Biotech held an Occupational Safety Work Conference.

To comprehensively summarize the work experience in occupational safety for the second half of 2025, analyze the current safety situation, and systematically plan the occupational safety work for 2026, QIHE held the Occupational Safety Work Meeting for the Second Half of 2025 on January 19. Company leaders, including General Manager and Director of the Occupational Safety Committee Su Jianchang, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Director of the Occupational Safety Committee Meng Xiangying, attended the meeting. Participants included production line supervisors and above from the company’s factories, heads of various Mushroom cultivation cooperatives, and managers and above from administrative and functional departments.

In his speech, Su Jianchang, General Manager and Director of the Occupational Safety Committee, emphasized that the company’s “Sixth Five-Year Plan” outlines development goals such as “increasing production capacity, upgrading quality, and strengthening the brand.” Achieving these goals requires safety as an indispensable prerequisite. He put forward four requirements for the company’s safety work in 2026: First, all production factories must shoulder their primary responsibility and strengthen on-site safety defenses. Second, functional departments must fulfill their supervisory duties and enhance collaborative support. Third, all employees must strengthen their sense of responsibility to form a pattern of mass prevention and governance. Fourth, a sound assessment and accountability mechanism must be established to ensure the effective implementation of all requirements. He urged everyone to unite, work diligently, and deliver solid results in safety work, providing a reliable safety guarantee for successfully achieving the company’s Sixth Five-Year Plan goals.

During the meeting, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Director of the Occupational Safety Committee Meng Xiangying announced the “Assessment Results of the Company’s Occupational Safety Target Responsibility Documents for the Second Half of 2025.” These assessment results objectively reflect the performance of each unit in occupational safety work during the previous period, demonstrating the company’s rigid constraints and incentive-oriented approach to safety management.

Yu Lei, Assistant General Manager and Director of the Wenchanghu Factory, announced the list of members of the company’s new Occupational Safety Management Committee and clarified the roles and responsibilities of the committee and its members in occupational safety work.

On behalf of the Occupational Safety Committee, Gao Qinglei, Manager of the Safety Equipment Department, delivered a thematic report titled “Company’s Occupational Safety Work Report for 2025 and Occupational Safety Work Plan for 2026.” The report comprehensively reviewed the achievements and shortcomings of the company in 2025 regarding safety system development, risk and hazard investigation and management, safety education and training, and emergency response capacity building. In line with the development goals of the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” and guided by the safety principle of “Safety First, Prevention-Oriented, Comprehensive Management,” the report outlined the overall objectives and key tasks for occupational safety work in 2026, providing a clear roadmap for safety efforts in the new year.

During the commitment speech session, Dong Yao, Director of the Shuangquan Rare Mushroom Factory, and Qiu Jingxiang, Head of the Donghai Cooperative, summarized their occupational safety work for the second half of 2025, analyzed existing problems and deficiencies in depth, and expressed their commitment to implementing the company’s safety requirements and improving safety management in their respective units, demonstrating their determination and confidence in advancing occupational safety work.
